If you are willing to do machine work, you can punch the 352 out to a 390 and then use all the bolt on goodies for that motor. The 352 was a blue-collar motor without much in the way of performance additives. If you aren't into the whole "boring" thing, Edlebrock does make a Performer RPM ...

Thanks alot for the compliments guys. This truck was a serious learning experience. And its by no means finished. I began repairing the tailgate, and the bed is in SEVERE need of repair. But with all the extra scrap we got from the Lincoln, its nothing I can't fix. The project is just about 2 years ...

Unfortunately, here's where my pics run out of steam. For now. I need to go through 3 memory cards taken over the last year and a half. and piece together the rest of the build, and show the truck in her 80% finished state. Unfortunately, all I have is this shot, taken last June, at our groups annua...

Now, with the cab on square, and everything ready for the front frame swap, we dug in. --Edit-- Unfortunately, the gallery where I stored most of these pics, is currently down, so all I have is this one. Its after the hours of measuring, leveling, remeasuring, squaring, and remeasuring. And after th...

Re: perches

quote] Between the fact his truck is a 64 straight axle with a 66 front clip and he is using the front frame clip from the Lincoln I don't think the 70's truck 460 mounts will work LOL.[/quote] LOL good eye btw. I actually like the 66's grill a little better, so it worked out great for me. But I do ...

Next up, was some basic cab repair. None of us had access to a blaster, nor could we afford to replace any of the glass if it got broken trying to remove it. So instead, we wire-wheeled the hell out of the cab floor, and went to work. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2453/3739532490_1b2ca5236b.jpg Unf...

This is the part of our build, that alot of the saner folks in the midst, would probably call me a heretic, and proceed with the stake-burnning. One afternoon, over a case of PBR, me and my friend sat on the rusty front frame of my truck, and stared at the now exposed front frame of the Lincoln. It ...

Well, until I get the posting pics thing straightened out, I may as well keep the story going. And to do so let me start with our club's unoffical creedo "No money? Lets build it anyway." After we had the truck for two weeks, we had already pulled the clip, and gone over what we had. It ne...

I've been back and forth between fordification, FTE, 460Ford, and the like, always hesitating to come here for more than research. You see you guys have some excellent Slicks, and I reckon I didn't think ya'll would much care for my FrankenLincoln. But after a few posts on those other boards, I beca...
