I've got a couple motors, transmissions, and transfercases to choose from so Im not worried about that part.

I currently have a 66 short bed and should be picking un a frame from a 77 short bed soon. So what all if any issues am I looking at to mount the 66 sheet metal on to the 77 frame. Its a 4x4 frame if that makes any difference. Thanks for the help guys really appreciate it.

It is thats why Im asking. From what Ive heard that I can buy a lift kit and bolt the axles in place. The only problem with that is the 2wd crossmember is supposed to hang alot lower so you have to get like a 8"+ lift. Not that Im apposed to that but I dont wanna order lots of useless parts.

And If anyones got any info on the primer red truck Id like to know more about the suspension/drive train in the truck. If you couldnt tell it was kinda my favorite!

Royal Purple and Im not just sayin that because Im from Texas. Or Mobile 1 full synthetic. Personal use with both more so with Mobile 1 because I use it in both of my daily drivers with great results so far.

Ive read some where that late 60s early 70s mustangs gas thanks fit perfectly in between the frame rails if you want to put the filler neck in the bed floor.
