Is going to studs and nuts on the reassembly a better idea than using bolts? Any recommendations on brand of gasket to use?

Being an electric gauge, you could have to much voltage going to the gauge causing it to read high, meaning a defective voltage stabilizer. I have installed several Retro Sound units in other classic vehicle applications, and they seem to be a pretty good unit. Good quality and good sound. Fairly simple to use.

If I felt like indulging and treating myself to something nice for my slick, this would be close to the top of the list.
