Re: Anyone have any dealing with USBODY? Fiberglass?
I have a brand new US Body tilt front end in wood crating I bought a few years ago... it's in Northern CA. I'm willing to part with it for a reasonable price.

I completely blasted every bit of my truck. Blasted the frame (completely stripped) and then powder coated it. Blasted the entire body, including the underside. On the underside I blasted, primed with DP40, painted with concept and then applied a bed liner. Just make sure before you get that far tha...

Re: More paint questions
Just researched and found that I can thin my PPG epoxy primer and use it as a sealer. But some of the guys in the paint forums are saying I need to shoot the color while the sealer coat still damp/ wet. I don't want to or have the time to do that. Can I let the sealer coat cure, scrub it with a sco...

Thanks for the comments. Backyard, did you have your plating done in Spokane? I am actually leaving Pullman now, living in TriCities for the summer and will be living in Spokane for the next two years attending graduate school at Gonzgaga. And I put 1500 miles on the truck in the last week. 150 more...

I realize that it might be somewhat more expensive, but I just installed a fuel cell in my pickup for under $275, including all lines, a fuel cell from jegs and a cool boat tank filler. I posted some pictures about it in my profile. Skip has done many articles in the past, and I should have taken hi...

Fuel Cell Installation
First, have to say thanks to both Skip for the original inspiration for this idea from what seems like ten years ago, and also the charlie for some more recent additional ideas. Spent about two days making from start to finish, but in my opinion it was very well worth it. All was well until I added ...

In my pickup, I have a Y block with a T-5 Behind it. Does 100 mph @ 3300 RPMS. 3.73 posi Dana 44. I'm now at 2100 RPMS @ 70 MPH, and at that speed I actually have to raise my RPMS to get a good downshift into 4th and downshift. It's insane really. I may even raise my rear end ratio to 4.11. Sure, it...
