I would put the tape on the window, soap the tape down and then put it into the frame. At least that is the way I think I did it years ago. You should be able to get thinner tape if needed too, but you do want them in solid.

Talking to Lyle in Radium this past September, he says he has sold two or three, he is working on a short uni right now.

He is presently working on a short Mercury uni, I wanted to get to his shop for his open house but the weather was really crappy for that trip. I have seen both the Mercury and Mustang, both nice vehicles.

I had a chance to check it out in Radium too, had a chance to talk to the owner. It is a second gen Lightning with a crown vic front end. I believe the owner is from Edson or somewhere close to there.
