I would take all the throttle linkage from manifold and including the carb if you want to pull it for me. I already have an extra engine but not the linkage so I don't need two engines to step around!! HA!!! How often to you get to Des Moines or up near Newton? If my schedule works I would meet you ...

I went out and tried it and it started! Wow! But I could use the link that attaches the throttle linkage to the carb. It is the small piece.

I need the linkage piece between the throttle linkage and the carb. You can get the linkage ball at a parts store.

Both carbs will run if you feed them gas without using the fuel pump? My brother in law offered me his families old farm truck but is it worth going 350 miles or having it shipped? I don't have a truck or trailer and figure it might be too big for a typical car trailer. I think it might be a f350. He is supposed to get me more info.
