Looks great. Some Frog tape might be a big help protecting your paint when you start putting parts back on.

The trucks I've worked on were metal to metal but the amber lens to housing had remnants of a rubber type seal to keep the bulb clean and dry.

There are a couple of basic drawings on this guys stream. I would like to see the frame/body shop drawings as well.
