Re: 2015 SEMA Photos
You're welcome all. I missed the Daytona Coupe. I would have been all over that if I spotted it. The front fenders on the Slick look like 50's Kustom car style to me. It was hard to detect the chop and A pillar lean at first. Super clean work all around. When I'm able to make the show, I only have o...

Looks great. Some Frog tape might be a big help protecting your paint when you start putting parts back on.

The trucks I've worked on were metal to metal but the amber lens to housing had remnants of a rubber type seal to keep the bulb clean and dry.

Re: Some Ford Factory Photos
Those trailers from the Ford gas turbine truck ended up at Bill Stroppes shop in Long Beach, CA. I remember seeing them (or one) there in the 1990's. They hauled the off road race team to SCORE races in Mexico and such. If I searched around I could probably find some pictures but here is a link to t...

I ordered this to give to my son for Christmas. It only took two days to get here, the company sent an email after they shipped and another when it was delivered. The email actually came before the driver was gone! I wasn't expecting this to be made in China with recycled materials but the quality s...

I appreciate your talents Foodstick.
It reminded me to order this '66 body made to fit the Traxxas Slash RC.
Not as creative as your piece but I will have fun painting and placing the decals someday!

Thanks for the link, Shadow.
I was able to go through the museum, Greenfield Village and the mansion a few years ago. Hope to get back there again someday.
Everyone on this site should go if they haven't been already. You will not be disappointed.

Glad to hear the 5.0 is a no go! Now you'll have piece of mind knowing you're starting with good parts and everything will bolt right back up. If any of the journals need to be turned down on the crank, you might want to option price a small stroker kit. Some are very reasonable for the increase in ...
