Thanks Guys,
I will be towing a 26' Pontoon boat with my 66 F100 4x4,which has a rebuilt 390.I also have discs and power steering from a 77 4x4.I think I will be ok.Boat is pretty heavy(Has a 350 Mercruiser I/O).I think the trailer and boat weigh about 6,000 lbs.

I Have a 66 styleside longbed and I installed a bedliner from a 88-92 Chevy or Gmc.Bought it used for $40.Fits fairly well.Had to cut about an inch off to clear the middle stake pocket. This fits under the rail.

Feature request

It would be nice if the truck forum had the "previous topic"and "next topic" links at the bottom of the page as well as the top,so you don't have to scroll back to the top of the page to get the next topic
