1958 Edsel FE 361 is a slight overbore of the 352, was only used in 1958.
361 FT engine is not the same, used in 1964/78 500 and larger series trucks.

"A" code 289 would be a 4V. 289's were not installed in trucks, neither were Warner T-10's or Ford 4 speed top loaders. 289's before 8/23/1964 have a 5 hole bell housing bolt pattern, from 8/23/1964 have a 6 hole bolt pattern. 289's before 8/23/1964 use a different timing cover and waterpu...

Re: 1966 F250 Rearend question
My 64 F-100 had that rear end :?: - it was very unusual, but it came as an option - back in the day when these trucks really had to work hard. No F100 came with a Dana 60 as it was only installed in F250's. 1963/65, some 1966 F100's were available with the Dana 60 .2 w/Limited Slip. Dana 60 .2 is n...

What is the difference from a 60 to a 60.2? Too many variations to list, you'll have to do a parts comparo here: 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog - Section 40A Rear Axle Parts Lists Pages 29 & 30, parts list #94: Spicer/Dana 60 w/Limited Slip. Page 134, parts list #168: Spicer/Dana 60 .2 w/Limi...
