Have you only tried to get mounts for a '65? I believe they were the same mounts clear through the '70s. The '79 300 I just got has the same mounts as my '66 240. You may be able to get a good mount by searching a newer year.

Front disc 2WD dust shields
Is there anyone who makes or sells decent used front disc dust shields for the 75-79 2WD F150? I got my disc front suspension from the bone yard today but the dust shields are basically gone.

Mine came from LMC and they were junk also. The passenger one fit on but the mount bolt was about 1/2" too far forward. The drives side wouldn't bolt up. Found good ones in the junk yard.

I have a standard cab '66 short bed six cylinder that has the green interior. The seat cover is original with no embossing on the back. It is original and still had a clear seat cover on it when I got the truck. The only other one that I have seen with the same pattern was a black seat in a 4x4 '66 ...

I'm a new guy on here but saw your post and have some input. Try looking up Restoration Specialties in Windber, PA (I'm not sure of their website). They have a fair amount of automotive stainless available. Keep in mind that stainless likes to do one of two things: Vibrate loose or gall up. Use lock...
