Re: 64-66 Custom Cab Headliner Trim Pieces and Dome Light
Thanks guys. I love Irl's headliner so far. And yes they are from Oklahoma. Please only post in this thread if you have what I am looking for to keep the clutter down. I just don't want people scrolling by and thinking I already got what I am looking for. I know the trim is just for looks. I still w...

64-66 Custom Cab Headliner Trim Pieces and Dome Light
Hi all,
I am looking for some headliner trim pieces to spruce up the inside of my cab after getting one of Irl's headliners. Anyone have some they would be willing to part with?
I am also looking for a dome light assembly for my truck. The original is missing out of my 64.
Thanks!

Re: '61 Dana 44 vs '64 Dana 44?
I have a 3.73 LS Dana 44 out of my 64 if you want it. I narrowed a 9.75 for a 4 link swap. 50 bucks? Could probably use seals... no rust as it is an AZ truck.

Re: Best setup for rear tank with fuel injected 5.4 Modular
Yes, that is the expedition.
I saw that and like it, but how can I get that tank to be fed from the side? Seems like that would have to be fed from the bed.

Re: Best setup for rear tank with fuel injected 5.4 Modular
I definitely will! But yes, it is returnless. I will be taking out the 292 and 3 speed and going to the 5.4 2V with Ron Francis wiring and either a T-56 or TKO-600. The plan is to add a supercharger down the road so I may build the bottom end up before it goes in. Not sure yet. A 5.0 and auto would ...

Best setup for rear tank with fuel injected 5.4 Modular
Hi guys, I am getting ready to install a new rear end and 4 link in my '64 with a CV swap and am using a 5.4 Modular out of a 98 Expedition. I am thinking that I would like to get the fuel system figured out while I am back there. My truck originally had a rear auxiliary tank installed in it with a ...

Re: 64 F250 - which clutch kit?
For me I ended up needing a different flex plate than expected when ordering my clutch, that was also too big. I ended up having to piece things together from 2 different kits to get the right clutch, to bearing and flex plate. Luckily my flywheel was okay to be resurfaced! I would also suggest buyi...

Ford 9.75" Rear End from Expedition in '64?
Hi guys, I am working on finishing up the CV swap in my 64 and am debating now on a rear end. I have a 3.73 limited slip rear end with low miles and no rust from a 1998 Expedition. The current axle in the 64 is a Dana 44 LS 3.73. I am wanting to do a TCI 4 link and was wondering if this would be com...

Re: Dana Versus 9" Ford Differential
My 64 has a 3.73 (I believe) limited slip Dana 44 that I am almost sure came with it new with some sort of off road package. Maybe it was a dealer option? Anyways, I am swapping it for a 9.75 with disc brakes out of an expedition and a TCI 4 link after I finish my CV swap. Gonna redrill the hubs and...

Re: Did I get scammed on my widsheld?
Yeah, I would say you definitely got taken. After his sneer comment about the extra 40 bucks I would have told him to take it out right now and when he was done I would say gtfo with that attitude. What an ass. It's not that!!! if your in front of someone who is doing a job for you, how can you be &...

Re: Did I get scammed on my widsheld?
How long did it take him to do that work? I understand overhead, driving to and from the sites and the fact that they can't have jobs to do all day, every day but 400 seems very excessive.

1964 Rust-Free AZ F100 Project
Hi everyone! I just found this website today and I was really excited to see it. I have been reading it all afternoon. I am an engineer living in mid-Michigan although I grew up in Silver Spring, MD and Chandler, AZ. I have a 1964 F100 bought from Swift Ford in Yuma and used on a Yuma farm for 20 ye...
