Well both of the Dana 60's are 4.10's so its sixes on that. I'll be driving it 60 miles round trip to work at least two times a week and park it next to all the new C%@&Y trucks. I've started removing the front suspension this will take a few weekends to get it installed. I am going to use the p...

It came with power steering and aftermarket AC.
I think I did good. It does have a strange set up, on the AC in the cab
A panel has been installed by the glove box for the controlls and two vents. I'll get a photo tomorrow.

72 truck

I brought this home yesterday $200.00 and I drove it home!!!! SCORE [albumimg]6133[/albumimg][albumimg]6134[/albumimg] I have a few questions. The truck is a 1972 with disk brakes. 1. This has front and rear sway bars can I use them on my 65? 2. Should I use the brake master cylinder and booster? (I...

Well thanks for the input now all I have to do is find a donor truck for the front end. I've been looking on craigs list and local classified ads and one person is asking 500.00 for the spindles and brakes!!!!
Any suggestions on the best year for a donor?

Well I still have the 8 lug front end and I was thinking (now) of going to the junk yard and get the disk brakes from a later model 250 along with the master cil. I'll get some photos of what I got going on on the truck a little later.

Dana 60 or 9"

Well I need a good opinion. I have a 65 F-250 and I’m going to start on the rear end but I have a Dana 60 4.10 gears and a 9" 3.89 gears. It is being pushed with a I-300 6 with a 5 speed trans. There seem to be more options for brakes and wheels with the 9". I am going to use this truck as...

MEMORIAL DAY

As you wake up and enjoy or not enjoy your day remember all the Men and Woman that have served and perished to protect the freedom that we take for granted and enjoy. Many of my friends see protesters against the Government and the military and it makes them MAD. The way I a approach some protesters...

We started on the body work

My son and I have started on the body (65 F250) he likes to strip the paint. I hope he likes sanding too He wants to have the 65 F 100 with a 390 in it and I told him that if he helps me with the F 250 we would build the F 100 for him. I think working on the truck is a little better than the X-Box
