SLICKS IN WALKING TALL old movie

Watched the original Walking Tall [1973?] movie last night, the first 20 minutes or so, 1965 pick up with tall slatted sideboards, a 64 pick up and a beaut of an N bright red with argent grill [tandem axle, budd wheels (10 lug maybe)] and it was fast, but I think it was gas, did not notice 'DIESEL'...

Re: Another 65 Build

FLASHER SWITCH? I see the Ford clearance lamp [ICC] blink switch, which 'blinks' off your roof clearance lamps. Mine is located on the dash bezel [ both of my trucks/factory ] but you have a cc cluster and dealer or ? mounted it there. Your hazard switch should be to the left of the choke knob.

Re: Project SLIXTYFIVE

is that fuel pump on upside down? I don't think so but now that you ask, i'm second guessing myself. I didn't install it but until you asked hadn't thought anything of it but it does seem upside down when compared to the V8 fuel pumps. I'll have to verify - maybe someone else will chime in here.......

Okay, [AND I HOPE someone pipes in] if you are gonna' put these in a bed that never had them, I wouldn't think it would matter as you will have to drill holes in the bed floor anyway.{?} :2cents:

My bed was made from scratch [orig c/chassis] I ordered 'T' bolt hidden style for mine as to not have any mistakes.
