Z-MAN,I think you`ll find that the ambulance is a converted pickup.but thanks to the government departments for importing the f-series down here,they were still converting F150`s to ambulances in the late 90`s and some gmc`s

:) Iceman, I accept your answer due to your experience with these trucks,but if they were willing to make all hoods(as you lot call them)with the provision for two latches,how come the grill support doesn`t and does it get cold at your place! :lol: .
