Best to use a site like Photobucket, and then post the code into your Slick 60's post.

Oh yeah, :welcome: to the site from N.E. Louisiana.

Re: Welder recommendation

I'd recommend taking a look at the Eastwood MIG welders. I have one and have been very pleased with it.
Haven't used it much, but it spected out good in comparison to the more popular name brands.

Shoebox

A man and his wife had been married for going on fifty years. They shared everything, but the one thing the old man’s wife asked him never to do was look in an old shoebox she kept on the top shelf of her closet. Not thinking anything of it, the man never asked about its contents. He just figured it...

Re: QUESTION: Correct 9" rearend to match your Crown Vic IFS

Not quite sure what you're asking, but here's this:

A 9" rear end out of an early '80s F100 Ford truck (F100 not F150) will give you the same bolt pattern as an 03 and newer CV front end (5 on 4 1/2) and approximately the same track width.

Re: width of Crown Vic front end?

They are a good fit to matchup with the CV front. And are more plentiful that you might think. Has the 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern.

Re: where to get real gas

We have a couple of places here in town that sell non-Eth gas. I use it in my riding mower and in my lawn tools: trimmer, chain saw etc. It's about 50 cents a gallon higher.
