Ranger overdrives have been around for years. Cheaper than that 9" overdrive.

That's a real bummer. If the truck is good otherwise I certainly wouldn't pack it in just becasue of a door and fender though. Keep driving it for now and see what you think in a few weeks or months.

Slick, frame shortening was the route I was going when I found themail 65 frame &cab. Tom, I'm in Pennsauken (08109) south Jersey. If I had the short frame already or it was free I would use it but otherwise I'd shorten the frame. I made an '86 F350 into a shortbed years ago, wasn't to big of a...
