Re: power steering gear box and pittman arm questions
No real difference. The arms are slightly different I think, but not enough to keep you from swapping.

Re: What exhaust exit style to go with??
Max Go to the uni build and check out how we ran the exhaust outside the frame rail. When its done that way it eleminates going over the axle inside the frame. There is more room there than one would think. That worked well for yours because your Link brackets are bellow the Axle and your coil-over...

Re: What exhaust exit style to go with??
I am torn between 1 and 4.
I like the idea of 1, but I would have to rework the coil-over brace and have minimal clearance over the axle at max squat.
Number 4 I would have to run it in between the 4-bar links and I am not too keen on that ether.
Hmmmm....

Re: air tool recommendations
I use my HF 90 cutoff tool all the time. I get the 50 packs of roto lock sanding disks from summit. Best tool I ever got. Second air tool would be the blasting cabnet from HF. The quality control at HF sucks, but thats why they are cheep. The good to lemmon ratio is not as good as the big names, but...

I am not a fan of filler inside the bed, but on a restoration I guess you have to to get it really smooth.
Nice work in any case!

Green it is!
I also see you sealed the back edge of the bed. Do you have any other drainage paths? I plan on sealing it too and having a small hole (1/8") on every vally. I also plan to put a tonno cover and a rug in.

Re: Parking brake seal
I don't like the stock way of sealing up anything through the cab. My rusted floor boards say that doesn't work to well. I don't have a better way yet. Mainly because I am not to that point yet. For stationary parts I like the idea of a very tight fitting rubber grommet with some sealer around it. F...

I thought that might be it. ...You should have seen the wrap around rear bumper he built for it. When I cut it off because it was welded to the frame, the pieces weighed 250 lbs.... I know what you are talking about... here is mine! http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h142/madmaxetc/63%20F-100/Rear%20...

Re: Seats with Integral Seat and Shoulder Belts.
Is drilling a hole and fishing a backup plate for a shoulder anchor Harder than custom fabricating seat brackets and lowering the floor?
I don't think it is.
This looks easier:
