Doc,

Look up www.surpluscenter.com They have quite a few CVT units, right angle drives, both up and down speed units etc. All kinds of "good stuff".

Thank you for bringing this to the attention of all. Those two deserve sainthood more than just a Medal. Does show the dedication to which Marines are trained. Once a Marine - Always a Marine.

Alan, In answer to your question about the wheel covers, the Steering knuckle "U" joints are directly behind those covers. I don't remember the name of the manufacturer of that particular front drive axle as they were not that popular out in the Civilian world and I have only had to do wit...

Jerry, Don't know if they are still there or not and not sure if they handled the smaller stuff but there used to be a truck junkyard on 19th Ave just north or south of the old freeway just after it makes the corner in Phoenix. I haven't been there since the mid 80s and back then I only dealt with b...

I agree with Alan, only one member lives in Globe. Might change it to "Planet" or something. But it is very nicely done.

That's actually a good price for one that looks as good as that one does. Nobody makes them any more and they are very functional during the summer. I've seen them go for a lot more in that condition.

If you can get them for a couple bucks, do it, cause they are very expensive new. They do have a ball bearing in the middle so they ha...
