A bad condenser will give you a constant ground. From what I have read on the net the new condensers are crap out of the box

I have seen setups on the net showing a hidden filler door behind the drivers tail light lens. It pops open and swings out to expose the filler. I believe fellow member Kevin Stone on this site has done it to his truck.

64 and older the hole is for the vent latches. Some 65 4x4 and 66 F250 4x4 may also use the cable operated vent as they use the 64 style cab. In 65 to mid 66 4x2 the hole is for the windshield squirter if you have 2 spd wipers. Mid 66 the squirter is integral to the wiper switch. For those above who...
