You guys are scaring me! Of course with my 223 the only way I could hit anything at 60 mph would be if I ran off a cliff (and those are few and far between here in NELA). :-)

Re: # for the dash bulbs

Anyone know the part number for the dash bulbs? I have no dash lights, makes it hard to see at night. Also, quantity of bulbs, for the plastic guage/sweep speedometer would help also. I haven't pulled this type of gauge panel before, seems like the round version has 4? The local parts stores should...

[quote="Greg D"] At some point (after the final seats are in) I will add belts to my 62. Thanks for the help Skip! In the mean time I love the fact that the left wing tree hugging pshyco safety wackos hate it's lack of belts (and EFI, catalytic converter, & all the other crap). Also th...

DING!

It just occurred to me that a friend has a dead 96 Astro Van that he's parting out. Belts still intact and are Grey in color which will match my new interior.
A six pack of "adult beverage" will sure be cheaper than the $120 per set I've seen from internet suppliers.

Sunvisor Clip 64 F100?

Does anyone have a spare sun visor clip for a 64 F100? Mine only came with one sun visor and I want to add another. All the after market/repro clips seem to be chrome and that won't work. (Probably one from 61 from 65 would work, not sure about others.) Thanks.

Leaf Spring Relocation

I've seen at least a couple of posts where members have relocated their leaf springs below the axle (front and back) for an approximate 4" drop. (I've searched but haven't located the posts). Would appreciate hearing back from someone who has done this to get their impressions on driving, ridin...

Mine has an electric

Mine has an electric pump, the old one is still mounted, so I don't know why the PO switched--maybe that's the reason.

Brackets - A/C, PS and Alt Bracket 223 "6"

Within the next 30-90 days I will be adding a power steering pump and A/C compressor to my 223 "6" in my 64 F100. I am planning on using the Classic Auto Air setup which includes a combo mount for the compressor as well as the Alternator. I'm not sure where I will mount the PS pump. Has an...

Lowering Shacles

Does anyone know of a source for lowering shackles for a 64 F100. I've found them for 65's but no earlier. What's the difference in the 64 and 65 leaves? Are they wider, narrower??? Thanks in advance.

Paul, Installed a T5 in my 62 Uni about three years ago, and feel it was, after the disk brake & dual MC, about the best thing I have done to it. I have the 223 and used the adapter setup that John Mummert sells to do mine. Was pretty much a bolt-up. Had to massage the floorboard slightly to ge...
