Re: Overhaulin

I hate big wheels and shaded 2 tone paint jobs. Also don't want a crate motor small block. Wouldn't mind having my bumper tucked or my build finished, just do it with the parts I want to use. Chip has a ton of talent, his tastes don't always align with mine and he's too quick to throw out a cool eng...

Re: Re-focusing my projects!! Time for a change of habits.

Rolling chassis was ordered at Pete and Jakes last week! Should have it in 7 weeks. They are only about 3.5 hours from me so that one is a no brainer for me. They are the company most other chassis builders get their parts from. They hold a bunch of the patents on chassis parts and designs. All Amer...

Re: Re-focusing my projects!! Time for a change of habits.

Still making progress! Sold the '55, sold all my Cleveland stuff, all my Y Block stuff, most of my 351W stuff (only 1 short block and 1 complete engine left), all the spare tranny stuff I had (kept a C4 for the new project and an AOD to put behind the 390 in my uni), almost all of my mag wheels and ...

Re: Balnkity blank Speedway phone number

I've had nothing but good experiences with Speedway. I tend to order the name brand stuff and not the Speedway brand stuff. If the part number starts with "910" it's a Speedway part and probably off shore unless you know who is making the part for them. I actually bought a car that came wi...

I belong to several "free" groups that you can post directly to. 195 Chevy, Maverick, couple circle track....none need a 3rd party host. All are still free. You can post a link to a picture here if it's already on the internet some place else. https://scontent-dft4-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/...

Re: Photobucket

Finally lost all my pics on my threads. Screw PB, I just won't go there unless it's to delete all my pictures there. Only use it here and one other site so that's the end of posting pics on those 2 sites.

I am lucky enough I have my pics stored on our lap tops and backups.

Bye, Bye PB!

Re: Photobucket

Good luck contacting them. There it a place to ask for assistance but it's mostly other FB users that answer. You try to report an issue (it wouldn't let me share pictures for a long time and it said my account was 98% full or something like that). Each time I tried to contact them I got a robot ans...

Re: '62 Unibody Still Plugging Along

Many of you have probably seen my other thread on here about taking control back of my life. Been selling off a lot of old parts that have been sitting here forever. It's allowed me to order a few more parts for the unibody and actually find the floor all around it and actually touch it! Something a...

Re: Re-focusing my projects!! Time for a change of habits.

I was asked (by a smart ass Canadian in chat, you know who you are) if I would deliver one to Canada if somebody bought them and hauled one back up there themselves. You would have to wait for me to get a passport but, yes, I would actually do that....in the summer. I've got time. You would need to ...

Re-focusing my projects!! Time for a change of habits.

I've decided (as several of you have pointed out) that I have lost focus with my projects. Time to thin the herd. I want to get my unibody on the road but it's hard to get much done when you have 4 projects under 1 roof and no room to move around. I've been selling engines, transmissions, wheels, in...
