Don't know for sure, but the 63 Galaxie wheel looks similar and is smaller with power steering

Binder came from International making farm equipment, combine, and the name got applied the trucks, then shorten to just binder.

I would repair both. I never understand ruining one part to repair another, metal is metal. I get patch panels from the scrap of a friends body shop, do bending with 2 pieces of angle iron and c clamps. Truck hoods have several feet of metal, easy to skin off and don't know if it on a chevy, ford, o...

I don't know if they still exist, but I got a lot of decal for skyliners from jim Osborn reproductions and I'm sure they had some for trucks.

I think the 57-59 cable would be way short as those hoods were hinged at the front and the cable only ran to center of hood at the rear about 3 feet long.

Since it is together, pull coil wire and crank and it will turn pump and put fluid into converter. When first starting I would jack up rear and put in drive. Be sure to use brake before
putting into park.
