Still working on the patina. Took it for a drive to pick up out Christmas tree, broke necks the whole way there and the boyscout troop we bought the tree from thought it was pretty cool!

I took off the belt and the knock went away. Ordered a new balancer and pulley.

Started patina work. Leveled with scotch Brite pad then scuffed through with 800 grit. Buffed with 3M compound. Very happy now to do the rest of the truck.

I am going to get rid of the rest of the yellow paint in the interior this week and then patina the turquoise to show the black in some places.

Won't go into a ton of details because I don't know much about the history. Here is what I do know it is a 1965 F100 stepside was originally an I6 and a 3 on the tree, It is now a 289 with c4. The truck has been painted at least 6 times that I can see, and someone swapped a 64 grille and header pane...
