I would gladly buy one too if it was available.i've looked everywhere and have yet to find one.i've got a perfectly good longbed that I've been putting off hacking up just to get the front panel off of it.

it looks by the grooves in the yoke you might need a new yoke as well.it can cause the tailshaft seal to leak.

Re: QA1 front suspension for 67-72 F-100
the can't get parts for aftermarket setups is a good point.i put a ccp power disc brake kit on a friends 66 mustang last year.i asked him when the brakes wear out what's he going to do.i'll just get another set from ccp.i said what are you going to do if they go out of business and he didn't have an...

I hope you have better luck with that ccp kit than I did.my friend ordered one for his 66 mustang and the booster was bad out of the box.we never could get a brake pedal because of all the slack in the booster.

Re: gear ratio for easier highway speed
definitely need to find you current gear ratio out.my old 63f100 that I had as a teenager sounded like it was going to blow up on the interstate.itdidn't have the original engine/tranny or rear end.it had been crudely changed over to a 352/c-6 combo.i pulled the 3rd member out and was going to chang...

Re: Making power out of a 302
the gt40p heads off of explorers are decent but you need to get the manifolds with them or aftermarket headers as the spark plug angle is slightly different than standard 302 heads.my local pick n pull is full of these.i seen 4 different complete 302 explorer motors last month when I was there.

Re: Glueing truck together
my friend works in a body shop and they regularly glue roof skins, quarters, door skins on.i've watched him take roofs and doors skins off and most of the new cars are factory glued together.he said it's faster and less likely to warp anything instead of welding.
