Mine is 'Made in Canada', so..it fits perfectly with my Mercury and my 1964 Meteor.

Re: Radiator Core Support - 2 different par numbers
Got a reply from another forum.
C2TZ-16138... is the original FoMoCo part number.
Dennis-Carpenter's number is made up.
I think I found a new supplier for the rad support.

Radiator Core Support - 2 different par numbers
I am about to order (finally) a new core support, but I have come across 2 different part numbers: - C1TZ-16378-A - C2TZ-16138-G Dennis-Carpenter sells the C1TZ-16378-A (out of stock) Others sell the C2TZ-16138-G Is there a difference between these 2 or are they the same? (i've also posted on ford-t...

Re: Mercury truck websites specifically www.mercurypickup.co
Hi, sorry, been away for a while.
I have purchased the domain, and am attempting to restore the old content.
Currently, I am getting the old content from the Internet Archives, way-back machine.
This takes a lot of time, which I don't really have.
I will continue to load content as time permits.

What about trim codes for Mercury's ?banjopicker66 wrote:I'll decode it for you, if you wish.
Post the entire Warranty Plate, not just the VIN. I can give you the trim codes too.

Re: Some discussion questions
I think it really depends on the type of build/bed you are looking for: stock, custom, classic, metal, wood, carbon fibre...etc. For stock original, you have no choice, but to hunt out a better box/floor, pay someone to fabricate, or do it yourself. Custom, well, anything goes, your imagination is t...

Re: 1964 m100/f100 stock engine offset
Excellent. Looks like I have an addition to my plan. Going to move the current location of my motor/trans over to the right by approximately ~1 inch from center. Also, going to drop it ~1 inch as well, as it sits a little high. Then that will give me clearance for brake booster and steering. Thanks ...

1964 m100/f100 stock engine offset
I will try to make this short. My truck original with 292 v8, was never in the truck, so I have nothing to go by. Looking at the engine bay, cross members, front engine mount, and cab, it appears that the engine was centered in the frame, but that is just how it appears without measuring. Looking at...

Re: 1964 m100/f100 bell housing cross member removal
I now have a plan, I am going to do the following: - grind rivets off, remove cross member - relocate current engine/tranny mounts into better/more correct position in frame - modify original bell housing cross member, to fit - reinstall bell housing cross member with grade 8 bolts I think by reinst...

1964 m100/f100 bell housing cross member removal
A long time ago I dropped a 460 into my 64, which previously had a 302. I slightly modified the 302 engine crossmember, widened it, for the 460. Suprisingly, no other modifications were done other than swapped the trans crossmember, used one from a thunderbird, which bolted up where previous c4 cros...

Re: Aerostar front end links
I am fairly certain that there is a guy in Vavenby, BC Canada that has one in his unibody Mercury. I will try and find his post about the swap, might be here, might be on ford-trucks.com. Here is a quick search on Google that shows his 'Slick Row': http://www.flickriver.com/photos/unclegal/788488038...

Mercury truck websites specifically www.mercurypickup.com
There used to be a great website that was all about Mercury Trucks. It was online from 2001 until approximately 2011-2012. I am assuming that the domain expired, and then some unknown person bought it who probably didn't even know what a Mercury Truck is. I recently did some research, and with some ...

Ford Parts and Accessories - Air Horns
Hi, just curious if anyone knows about 'Air Horns' that came as a dealer option? I have owned my truck for 20+ years, and it had air horns, I assumed they were just an after market item. Just recently, browsing ebay, I found a book that shows '1966 Ford Truck Parts and Accessories' available, and on...
