What is the correct carb on a 66 f100 240

Post by Pack Rat »

I bought a 1966 F100 with a 240 3 speed. It has a 1904 Holley glass bowl carb. It has a crack in the bowl and was leaking. I took it off to repair it and all the linkage is home made. I dont remember these carbs on this NEW of truck. Is this a correct carburetor? THANKS

All my 1904 were on little falcon sixes.

In 63 ford went to the Motorcraft 1100
Not sure what was on the big sixes but I doubt it was the holley.

Carter carburetor replaced the Motorcraft some time in the late 60s...
