Frame question

Post by claybreaker 144 »

I have a 62 unibody under going a CV swap and I getting ready to mount the control arm bracket to the frame. On the drivers side the lower frame flange is bent down under where the steering box was mounted. Is this a factory bend or a prior owner thing? Lets see if this picture link works.
Thanks

My '62 uni looked identical when I put my boxing plates on for my Industrial Chassis kit. I just heated it a little nd bent it back with a crescent wrench.
