annoying deal
sometimes work sometimes not
every time i find spare to investigate they seem to work then i will go somewhere and they will stop.
brake light not affected.
going to get a new flasher and see if that helps. otherwise it could be in the switch itself.

Re: turn signal irritation
That's my problem basically. The wires at the bulkhead connector.
I can't remember which way it happens, but basically something like when the headlights are off the turns work just fine. With the headlights on then the turns (front only) operate as flashers.
I had some dangly bits too close to the steering shaft and stupid me never got them out of the way. They ended up catching on the rag joint, pulling and ripping. That stressed some wires at the connector and now I have this problem. They worked fine before.
Haven't sorted what I'm going to do cause I think it is a wire in the rubber insulator and not the connection between the insulators.
