Radiator Core Support $289-$325 + shipping(free on ebay)

Post by wwhite »

I bought myself a radiator core support on ebay for $325 USD and free shipping.
Being that I live on Vancouver Island, BC Canada, shipping usually is a killer, costing $125->300 for large parts.

I found an ebay supplier, who is actually Obsolete & Classic Auto Parts, Inc. www.classicautoparts.com.

Anyways, the ebay offered free shipping in the US only, and I found a company in Blaine, that ships to Victoria, BC.

So, in the end, the shipping for the core support cost me $31.60 CAD.
Of course I still had to pay the GST and PST.

Its taken me about 5 years to bite the bullet and by a core support, knowing how much shipping usually costs, I could have bought another parts truck.

Just sharing my experiences, and finally can start putting my truck back together.

That parts shop is just down the street from where I work. They have a lot of great parts. Glad you were able to get a shipper to make it reasonable.
