BWforge: Try Inline Tube. Here's the link: https://www.inlinetube.com/
It's a large complicated site, but keep digging and you'll find what you need.

I know this thread is a couple months old, but I just ordered and installed the Inline Tube kit for my '63. I could not find the kit for my '63 on the Inline Tube website, but I was able to find it on Ebay.

I'm pretty impressed with the kit. All the bends were spot on. I did have to tweak the axle tubes so they connected to the wheel cylinders at the correct angle but it was a minor correction. The shipping bends were really easy to flatten out using the method in the instructions.

I also used the brake line kit from Inline Tube. Went with the plain steel and everything went in really well.

I haven't replaced the fuel lines nor do I need to. However, if Inline Tube makes the fuel line kit, that's the one I'd go with.
