Wow, what a shame it ended up in a pick n pull yard, that truck was totally saveable!!

...but if it was much, much closer, I'd be in there harvesting the cab & front clip to help bring my crew back from the brink:):)

I either set the record straigh or I shamed us all. I could not remember for sure if Unibodies included 1961 so I left that open. The windshield looks right to me unless it has been replaced and the 64-66 replacement windshields resemble the earlier shape somehow.

I think the windshields are the same.. however it appears to be a 61-63 cab above the drip rail, could be my eyes.

The steering column is a Twin I-Beam column. That truck was set up to use as a truck. Not many half tons have trailer brake controllers. It does not look like a repainted truck. The paint on the steering wheel look like factory.

and the shape of the inner fenders also indicates it's a Twin I Beam truck.....

From what I can see, the floor is flat like the 65-66 the drivers side fender had a 65 emblem on it. The top of the emblem outline at least appears to be from a 65. The 66 emblem would have the F100 incorporated in the emblem. Of course the twin I-beam is visible.

1966, but heater hoses are backward, and that disc brake rotor is undersize!

if you look at the pics under the hood you can see 2 items that where on 66 trucks, 1 item was maybe used on late 65 trucks sometimes but not on the 65 trucks are on the other and on D/S the emblem has the imprint of a 66 emblem since it will say FORD across the top,
