Any guesses as to where this leak is coming from?
It seems to leak bad only when driving in rain. When sitting still it's just a little bit. I've replaced the door gaskets on both sides and repaired the drip rail with new sealer and paint so I don't think it's that.

Pure guess here, but if that's your radio antenna wire in the photo, the hole it's going through may be in the lower portion of the cowl drain. I believe my truck is set up this way with a hole there. If sitting still or light rain, the water may follow the lowest route inside that cowl pan area and not come through by the antenna hole. Then if lots more water is flowing and truck bouncing and moving it may find its way through the antenna hole. Might be worth trying some silicone sealant around the antenna wire?
Ive got to chase some leaks once mine is back moving and I plan on sealing the antenna wire to start with.

Excellent guess. Why didn't I think about the antenna being right there? [facepalm]
I'll let you know.

Yeah, I got a terrible leak in mine because the Glass man didn't put sealer around the W/S when he put it in. After I specifically requested it. Then he says "well new rubber is soft enough to seal without sealer"
What about when it gets 6 months old, and SHRINKS some.
I promise it won't leak when I get through with it........

Re: leak under dashboard - passenger side
I've had a similar leak in the same spot on a RHD version.
Mine was the area where the cowl and the firewall met just like yours. The seam sealer was in awful condition and a bit of digging of the seam sealer just cracked and broke it off. The edges of the cowl and firewall had started to rust on the cowl side where they were welded together (Sealed part.)
I treated it as best I could and replaced the seam sealer which fixed the issue.
If yours is the same, a bit of sealer or something in that area between the two would assist with diagnosis and may actually fix the issue short term if yours is the same issue? It won't fix it forever but it would buy you some time.

I second the wiper pivots.mine leaked like crazy.i just took mine off and seam sealed them too.i had to reseam a lot of the seams around the cab on my 66.i assume that's why my floors had rusted out.

Re: leak under dashboard - passenger side
I checked the antenna mount yesterday and it's very loose, so that could be it. This was a former military truck so that was a CB antenna. There's not even a CB in it anymore so I don't really need the antenna. I'd like to just weld a patch in to get rid of the antenna hole altogether, but that seems nigh impossible to weld up inside the fender like that. Have to tackle it a different way.
I'll look at the wipers tonight. Thanks for that.
