new treads for the trips this year// :)

Post by Anthony »

Well I broke down and did it. I have been looking at tires for a while and I knew the look I wanted but a Mud Terrain being a softer compound probably wasn't my best choice for a road trip to Mississippi in June and a trip to Kansas City Missouri in August. I knew that I wanted an aggressive look and a tall skinny tire.. I talked to a local tire shop and he told me that I needed a commercial tire.. I looked on line but the pics just didn't do it for me. he offered to order them in at no obligation to me, so I told him to go for it.. I ended up buying them and are very pleased.. they are an aggressive cross between an A/T and a M/ T and they are a 235/85-r16 which is about 9.7" wide and stand almost 32" tall.. I am happy and with regular rotation and balance, I should get good wear out of them..... Image Image Image Image

Glad you got something you like, and that you're happy with them. It's YOUR truck, so it needed to be YOUR choice.

I like them and the way the truck sits......
