65 wrecked, Is this a members truck from delaware ?

picked this up yesterday, and just wanted to see if this is any of the members truck from Delaware ? if so call the EZ Pass Company so it can be turned off since it kicked off the tolls across the PA Pike, had to pull over to the side and show a toll person what was going on,, could have never said anything and save us the tolls across the PA Pike 
,, Was a decent looking truck,, still trying to figure out the wreck 
cause the doors will not shut,, no damage to the doors,, sheered the bolts off the bed so when I climbed up bed started to come off the chassis so more straps, 2 for the bed, 1 for the doors and 1 for the hood for safety on the hood
