bleeding brakes

i need to bleed my brakes, but i cant brake loose the bleeders. any ideas?

Try a small 6 point socket 1/4" drive. Rock it back and forth gently gradually applying more pressure. Usually they will break loose. I don't remember if those things are 5/16- 3/8 or 7/16.
