Hey y'all, life has changed, and I need to sell my 1965 Ford F250. It's clean, but I need the money for transitioning to a new life.

https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/cto/d/65-ford-f250-classic-truck/6377413408.html

Price is OBO. I'm looking to sell it in the next 30-60 days.

Thanks for looking!

Truck looks nice !

But I will give an opinion....

If your asking that much ... which I think is fair enough

I would get the seat re-covered or re-upholstered ....
Would make the interior look way fresher !

Just my :2cents:

I agree on needing a better looking seat. Truck looks really good otherwise and the seat does not live up to the rest of the truck. I would suggest trying to find a Ford truck in the 70's with a good seat you can pick up for cheap and install it on the truck. Better ride quality and more back support and will bolt in. Would really improve the eye appeal to your truck.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll look into getting a new seat for it. What would you recommend price wise as is?

Location makes a lot of difference

Around here (central Kansas) it would be hard
To get $4000 for it
I know that isn't what you want to hear
But I'm being honest.... just too many vehicles around

I'm sure other parts of the country are different
But at this time... just a glut of pickups around here
And not a big crowd wanting 50 year old units

Just trying to give an honest answer

I've had my house on the market a 1/2 year
Tax value ... $130,000
"Zillow" says ... $160,000
Started at asking $124,900
Down to now Asking $95,000
One offer..... $80,000
At first I really thought I could get $105,000 - $110,000
Lot of people want to rent ..... house payment far cheaper than rent...
But nobody has enough for down payment
Probably same for a $7000 truck....
they can buy a $25,000 car on payments though
But can't come up with less than a 1/3 of that straight up
