Great Opener

Post by Missouri66 »

Been a bit shy about posting here, but can't pass up the chance to say thanks to Dave and Claudia for hosting a great opening get together. Wonderful people and great looking trucks, Mary and I both enjoyed the evening immensely -- looking forward to more over the next few days.

Hey Jack...great to meet you. I love your truck. Great find.

I agree, Dave, his wife, mom and dad, all put on a great opening party. Some of the best food on the trip and wonderful hosts.

One of the super guys at Slick Stock.

Thanks again,
Doug

Indeed. The opener was a real nice start, thanks to David et al. And much appreciation to all the KC contributors, especially Kathy and Gerry, although I know it was Kathy did most the work ;)
It's a race.. Will hell freeze over or will JC finish his truck first. Stay tuned..

You all are welcome, natually.

My parents both enjoyed the opener and my wife was pleasantly suprised. I thnk she expected a bunch of beer swilling truck nuts -- good job keeping that a secret from her so she'll let me come to SS2010!!!!!

Apparently your wife never made it to the hotel parking lot.
Mine did, but she already knew a bunch of beer swilling Ford truck nuts. She is forced to live with one, and knows quite a few more. Birds of a feather and all that rot. She can hardly WAIT for the next one!
