Post by supercharged »

I am new to the group and I am looking for "Slick" clubs in the Houston - Galveston area.

Anyone know of any?

We are required to use the term, "Master Leader" :P , but welcome from the "Houston Group". We are fairly active; and often excessively vocal. I'm sure you will be hearing from us, but feel free to p.m. for more info. Let us know the area of town; we probably have a member or members right around the corner. There's a bunch clustered around the southern suburbs, and our loosely scheduled "Grub with the Club" usually ends up in the Southern quadrants.
BTW, Houston/Galveston fits my description well, as (somewhat) does supercharged.

I am parked down near Seabrook-Kemah and I am glad to see there are fellow third-coasters here.

Welcome to the Club!! Send Uncle Skip and myself your email address, the next Grub with the Club is on the 27th. We try to Grub together at least once a month. Email invites going out tomorrow hopefully! Place to be determined by who can attend and where they are coming from. Post pics of your truck and/or bring them to Grub.

Also, we see each other sometimes Friday nights at the Pearland Lowes cruise ins. There is also a cruise in on Saturday nights at the Home Depot in Kemah or at the Hooters on I-45 South at FM 528 (cruise in slowly growing-started about a month ago again)

Wish I could have made it but by the time I drug myself home it was already too late.
Seabrook to Pearland would have been another 45 minutes that time of day

My loss :(

Webster to Pearland was over 45 minutes! Had three slicks show up. If Mikey still had one, it would have been four! :P

Welcome to our little corner of the world. Skip is our Founding Father, and I guess I could be the court jester so to speak (or the guy with the boat paddle stirring the pot!!!!!) 8)

But seriously welcome. I am not around as much as I should be (but I will be soon.)
