Smitty's Meet

Post by supersmitty »

Puttin this out there to anyone who cares to come. I am hosting a cookout for you guys, and your family or significant others, to come and then later go to the car show in putnam CT on Saturday May 14. I figure from 12 to 3:30pm at my place and then the car show goes from 4 to 8pm. I will provide a grill, hot dogs and hamburgers. Anyone care to bring sides are welcome. BYOB. I will have water and soda too. Hope you all can come, should be a good time to look at trucks, shoot the breeze, play some games, ect. I would like to get a head count by April 30 if possible. Rain date will be the following saturday. Thanks,
Smitty

it's not my new job that's keeping me, my mom looks to be pretty busy this summer and i don't think we are going to be able to sync up our schedules this year.
kinda sucks. i was looking forward to meeting up with you guys again this summer.

well I have $700 towards one but cant find one. I'd like buy a new project but can't find one. There is a 66 F350 in Boston for $1000 but has a utility bed on it, and seems a little rough but probably workable. I know I can get a solid cab for it down in DC for the $700, but id think I could find another whole project for that price and not just the cab.

who knows.

Nah the dodge is in pieces and is gonna stay that way for awhile till I get some money. Had the ford out last weekend. Put 30 miles on her and a nice drive through woodstock. The only thing wrong was when I pulled into the gas station! :?
