The tail lights be done. Got the blue dots installed today.
But I did end up using the little chrome ring. I tried it without them and just didn't like the effect.
I'm going to try and find some stainless screws for the lenses and then I'll post a picture and close this thread.
The three gang LED's give more than enough light for the stop and turn signals and the single LED works great for the park light. I'm happy :D
The End
I'm not arguing with you. I'm just explaining why I'm right.
Pardon me. Does your deaug bite?

Now wait a minute. We can't be at the end yet, we haven't seen pics of them mounted and lit up. :P

How's the color with the blue dots?
I was kinda disappointed on the uni, just didn't have the degree of purple I remembered. Ah, well, what little memory I have left is not always accurate :(

Paul. Blue light is visible for miles, and I'm color blind.
Purple, what in the hell is that.
I thought the dot was blue. 8)

For all you doubters and haters out there, the LED's in the tail lights are really bright.

Do they overrun the blue dots. Do the lights still have that purple blue hue to them?

Do they over power the blue dot?
Not really.
All three LED's are on in that picture for effect.
The only condition that would occur like this is if I was stopping and had the park lights, turn signals on all at the same time, and then the turn light would be flashing. Trust me, you can really see the different lights just fine.

They definitely are bright. No excuse for anybody not to see them.

Houston, we have tail lights.
They're done.
Installed.
Wired.
Now I can concentrate on the tailgate. Life is good.
