Hey comet heres a few good links. I belong to these three. Tear drops are not too hard to build from what I can see from thes sites. Theres one there that a cabin car built by ron thats great. A person could probably build a teardrop for less than a grand themselves and then sell it on ebay for a profit if they didn't like it. I was going to build a teardrop or cabin car but the wife I think prefers the one like in the link at tin can tourist to be able to get in easier. So I don't want to do all that work and never use it.

campers
I have had my eyes open for an old Airstream Trailer for some time now.
Back in the late 60s and Early 70s when I was driving 18 wheelers I saw them everywhere. They seemed to be very stable in windy conditions going down the highway (hence the name) and were pulled by just about any vehicle except compact cars. Still have my fingers crossed I will find one one o' these days.
