definitely wall hangers. i have come across these before, but the aluminum is usually dull and the red is faded. these look almost new.

seen those before on stepvans
ford supplied chassis to boyertown

they all had those tags

your tags probably came off one like this

but they did slicks too
this is "cowl and chassis"
