That takes some guts, desperation, or just plain ignorance. Most of us have done some things that weren't the brightest of ideas, but usually drowning wasn't a possibility for the end result.

I saw that on another site and just cringed at it watching with my eyes covered a bit... I lived in Bahrain and Kuwait for a year and a half.... Life isn't as valuable there and shit like this happened all the time.

Brazilian engineering at it's finest. Got to wonder though, what if it hadn't fit in the opening and he had to back it up? :shock: I have done some really iffy things, but that beats any of my personal best, maybe all of mine combined.

Those "flimsy planks" look to be between 4 and 6 inches thick and are probably cut from some huge rainforest trees. The part I think is wow, a rainforest tree plank that big in this country would cost about as much as the truck crossing them. Or enough to buy a ramp or ten.
