I sent a hand written letter to the information that I got in the file with the truck
just asking if they would like to keep up with it? if so here's my contact info

so the step son who inherited the truck after his dad passed 3 years ago calls me
had a nice chat

and tells me the truck won Best in Class at the 2012 Ford Nationals!
so I'm getting geared up to work it back to that show condition

not big things just a lot of little things, but then again, I'm picky!

Really ? ..... I'm pretty sure I saw a lug nut that wasn't quite in line
on Miss Daisy once ....

you did indeed catch that flaw Pat and once I caught it
I went right home and beat myself with a whip and called myself
"stupid, stupid, stupid"

there where some paint chips on the inner fender wells of the 78
so finally started my repairs (obsession with flaws)

just getting all ready for the "slick Gods" to approve
