Eastwood Co.

Like their products. HATE their billing/customer service!

Place a $200+ order and pay with PayPal. Should be simple. Four days later I have a package. Yep all there. Check my card balance. No deduction. Call PayPal, Eastwood declined payment. WHAT! They ran a CC as a debit and couldn't provide a pin number. Uggg...

:cussing:
Call Eastwood give them a bank card. Three days later , No charge... Call and check with them, we have no record of payment. :bs: give them the bank card again. Three days later , No charge. Call again, yes we have it will be done in four days. Four days later yep charged. :D next day, Charged :cussing:

I don't care if I can't get it anywhere else, for this hassle I'll do without. :2cents:

I've used Eastwood before and never had any problem. I used a credit card each time with no problem. I think that no matter how good a company's customer service is they're gonna have a screw up occasionally. You might have just got that one time. Lets hope that is it.

Ordered from Eastwood several times. Never a single problem. I'll keep ordering from them with no concerns at all.

I buy a bunch of stuff from them as well and never the problem. I have more issues with Summit then anyone else.

Sorry to hear that bad round.

Thirty days later, and I have a refund for the overage.

So they may yet get another order from me, just not soon.

The accountant I have, doesn't allow project overuns. Such things come with strong penalties. I foresee dinner and a movie in my near future...
