I have been drinking milk for 71 years and I am very healthy and I never got a DWI for drinking to much of it. The doctor said my labs looked like a person half my age. I have nothing against having a beer every now and then but I find nothing wrong with milk, at least not for me.

PETA is nuts. I know about the PETA people a bunch of wackos if you ask me. I was a country girl raised on meat and potatoes and still eat the same and still drink lots of milk.

It's not bad that they want to be vegetarian but they want to impose it on everybody else

I agree, I do not care what they eat or do, just don't try and shove it down my throat.

I will tell you how hypocritical the PETA people are. I came out of a restaurant about fifteen years ago in Denver. Across the street the PETA people were walking up and down the sidewalks with picket signs protesting a store that sold leather goods. As I walked up to my truck one of the protesters had came back across the street to get something from her car which happed to be parked next to my truck. She was driving a BMW with leather seats. As she walked up and reached into her car, I said to her. "Nice leather seats you have in your car". She got POed and slammed her door shut as she retrieved with ever it was she was getting out of the car and didn't say a word as she went back across the street. These are the do as I say, not as I do type of people. If I ever had any respect for them I lost it that day. They were trying to put some poor working stiff out of business for selling leather goods while they were driving cars with leather seats. I have regretted ever since that happened that I did not go across the street and announce very loudly to everyone including the owner of the leather shop that Miss Cupcake do goodie has leather seats in her car.

That would have been classic, Michelle. Did the guy end up going out of business?

I don't know Johnny, I have never been back to that restaurant. I hope that ole boy survived and is doing well. My problem is I always think of what I should have said after it is to late.
