Well a good way to lose some weight is if you are right handed is to have surgery on your right shoulder. I had minor surgery on my right shoulder and had my arm in a sling for a few days. If I tried to eat I got wore out before I finished eating, got tired of not being coordinated enough to use a fork with my left hand. Not something you would think is a big issue until you try to do it.................Kid

The answer is eat sandwiches. You can handle that left handed. I wouldn't go hungry. LOL

I dislocated my right shoulder last year and was astonished at the things I wasn't able to do without the use of my right hand. Don't recall eating being that much of a problem, but getting dressed certainly was. Ever try to pull up a pair of jeans with only your left hand? Not easy. Had to thread my belt backward so I could pull the end enough to get it tight. Shoes were also a problem. Gave me a new perspective on having a handicap.

I eat, write and billfold left handed.
I throw a ball, play pool, play guitar, write on a chalkboard (or road with paint or a marker, old surveying habit) right handed.
I can go either way with painting, batting, wrenching, hammering or about anything else.
Broke my right arm when I was a kid and learned to do things with both hands since dad was left handed.

You are what I call "Hopelessly Right Handed". It's a disease Dianne suffers from, too.

It'll get better or you will learn to work around it.

I never showed the photos of my neck after my cancer surgery... cut from ear to ear across my throat. Took half my tongue out. I lost use of both arms, couldn't sit up on my own, eating a liquid diet. Was bad. Lost 12 pounds in a week.

I had a Colonoscopy last week and I lost several pounds over night. Funny thing I gained them back in just a few days. I don't think I want anymore of them, not a lot of fun.

When I had malaria in Viet Nam I lost about 30 lbs in about 2 weeks. couldn't eat anything or drink hardly anything. Not the way to lose weight.

I lost about 35 pounds when my iron got real low and I couldn't hold any food down and barely was able to eat for about a month. Worse I ever felt in my life.
