Windshield wiper redo

I bought two of these..13"

Tools needed......

Need to remove a little of the new rubber to remove.....

Remove the old rubber from the original wiper...

Cut the new one to length....
Image
Then slip the new one in,I did the ends first then the middle....

And here it is finished.....

Don't know if this has been covered befor....but I'll find out tomorrow how it works and report back

excellent idea

i hate the plastic arms
i still need one more of the metal ones as one plastic and one metal look funny on my truck

It's been raining all day,went out to try them out..new rubber stayed in place so I'm happy with it.... the one in pics.is not 13" the second one was so the trim to fit may not be necessary??? I suggest getting a set of14" that will allow removing the the small piece to take them apart and give you a full length wiper blade...
