This is just and FYI. This was the third time I've done this conversion. The firs two times, I just used everything from the 150 bolting the radius arms and ibeams in place of the 66 version. I also used all the f150 steering linkage. This time I was not able to use the f150 radius arms because on the the htreaded ends broke off removing. So I left the radius arms in place and just replaced the ibeams. I tried to re-use my f100 linkage and ran into two problems. First the tie rod end did not protrude far enough into the spindle to expose the cotter pin hole. The second issue was that the truck ended up very duck footed. I replaced the steering linkage with the f150 parts and everything was fine.

This may already have been covered in the fordification.com articles, but thought it was worth mentioning here. Now I have to replace the drivers side tie rod which was the reason I tried to stick with the 66 linkage in the first place.

Also if any wants the complete 1966 front end, complete with relatively new king pins, brakes and linkage let me know. I'll take $100 OBO for it all.
